A Better World
Begins Today

Reveam's ECP® treatment sets a new global standard for food safety — heat-free and chemical-free. A precision shower of electrons extends fresh produce shelf life by days, reduces spoilage, and eliminates pathogens without compromising quality or the cold chain.

01 · SHELF LIFE
Less spoilage, more sales
Produce that used to be discarded is sold instead — turning shrink into margin.
02 · LOGISTICS
Diesel that isn't burned
Fuel embedded in wasted loads and disposal hauling is permanently avoided.
03 · QUALITY
Fewer markdowns, premium pull
Better-looking produce sells closer to full price and supports premium positioning.
The Technology

Fresher produce.
Less waste. Lower carbon.

ECP® uses a precision-engineered electron beam — applied inside the final retail packaging, within the cold chain — to eliminate pathogens and slow the biological processes that cause spoilage. No heat. No chemicals. No repackaging.

Electron Beam Treatment

A controlled shower of electrons penetrates produce at the molecular level — disrupting pathogens and spoilage organisms without raising temperature or leaving any chemical residue.

Inside Retail Packaging

Treatment occurs after final packaging — eliminating post-treatment contamination risk. The cold chain is never broken, and no repackaging is required at point of sale.

Proven, Published Results

Strawberries averaging 18 days of freshness. 99% pathogen reduction on papaya. Verified outcomes across multiple commodities, backed by independent food science research.

The Scale of the Problem · U.S. Market
18days

average strawberry freshness with ECP® treatment, vs. the industry-standard 7-day window. Published Reveam result.

99%

reduction in Salmonella on papaya plus elimination of anthracnose-causing molds. Independently verified.

$15B+

annual U.S. supermarket losses on unsold produce. McKinsey estimates shrink can reach 15% of store revenue.

How It Works

A precision shower of electrons — inside the package.

The electron beam is applied while produce remains sealed in its final retail container. Electrons travel at calibrated energies — penetrating packaging material and reaching pathogens without ionizing the food itself or leaving residue.

Because treatment happens at ambient temperature and the cold chain is never interrupted, the sensory characteristics that make fresh produce valuable — texture, flavor, color, aroma — are fully preserved.
